Terms

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on soularchive.store. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us

This store is run by Soul Archive, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@soulsociety.fit.

2. Where we sell

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and the countries of the European Union. You must be 16 or over to order.

3. Made to order

Every item is printed for you after you order, by our production partner. Product images are mockups: printed colours, placement and fabric shade can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Check the size information on each product page before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Shipping is calculated in the cart for your destination and shown again before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Orders shipped outside the country they are dispatched from may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

5. Your order and our contract

Our contract with you begins when your payment succeeds and you see the order confirmation. If we can’t fulfil an order, for example because an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is correct: we can’t change it once your order is in production. The items become yours, and you take responsibility for them, once they are delivered.

7. Returns, cancellations and faulty items

To request a return or cancellation, email support@soulsociety.fit within 14 days of your order arriving, with your order number. See our returns policy for what to include.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, contact us with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights, including those under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and equivalent EU rules), are not affected by anything in these terms.

8. Our designs

All designs, logos, images and text on this site belong to Soul Archive. Buying a product doesn’t give you the right to copy or reproduce its design.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

10. Events outside our control

We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or supplier problems. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated, and you can cancel and get a refund for anything not yet shipped.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems can be sorted out quickly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
